We made one of Kris’ favorite and easy “go to” meals that is inspired from Jake’s recipe (Owner and Chef from Telluride’s Excelsior and Blue Point Restaurants). We made a few changes to it to make it fast and easy for us! It turned out De-Lish too. My girls cleaned their plate and asked for more – I love it when that happens! I love using this Le Creuset dutch oven. He even picked out this fun yellow color for me 🙂.
