I think every competitor I know has complained about this issue, and that's because the post-show blues are REAL and they SUCK! Even though you may still be healthy and look great in the weeks following your show, it's still hard to look at yourself 5, 10, or even 15 lbs heavier and have the same confidence you did just a short time ago. It makes no sense! I am a Runner.

There's just something about Mondays that makes me not want to work out! Came on. It was "Work" by the Saturdays. It's about how if you want something, you have to work to get it. Which meant no more being lazy on the recumbent for Tess! I'm happy to say that I finished my cardio with a HR of 150bpm, then went on to have an awesome back workout this afternoon.
