So it was really much too nice out Friday morning to miss an opportunity to walk to our park and adjoining duckpond, so we changed our school plans for the morning and made it a "Duck Day". Bethany took pictures of the ducks we saw.and a few of her brothers. Then we went home and researched a bit about ducks. Then Beth wrote some of what she learned. Bethany drew a picture of a duck! And that is how our "too-beautiful-to-stay-inside" school day went on Friday :).

Sunday, July 12, 2009. Just thought that this little goober needed a blog post of his own. Beckham hourly makes us laugh, as we are greatly amused by how different he is from his siblings. Now, we are not. Him to his (individual-in-their-own-ways) sibings. No. He is just so different, it is a crack-up! Maybe it's just because Beth and Ben were so similar to each other in how they did things. They were crawling at 6 months. Beck is almost 8 months and has no desire. Probably the cutest shot of the trip.
