Handmade by Auntie Meig. Akron Glassworks Christmas Ornaments. I have a wonderful group of friends and one of those lovely ladies is Helen. She's a real treat to be around. She's fun, spunky, and just a joy to be friends with. A few times a year and she had taken one before and asked if I wanted to join in on the fun for the Christmas ornament class. Oh yes! We got to make two ornaments. One clear, and one colored. It was a lot of fun! We are going to make heart paperweights on Sunday, and I can't wait!

Monday, April 30, 2012. Women Shoes made of Men's pants. Sorry for the absence lately, I actually hurt my back recently and it has taken a toll on me. Friday, September 30, 2011. Free Crochet Pattern: Pumpkin Hat. Size 12months- stretches to 3t. Orange yarn of your choice (I used Lily n Cream Hot Orange) about 2.5oz. Small amount of brown yarn. Small amount of green yarn. Hook H 5.00mm. Row 1 DC in second chain from hook, DC across, ch 2, turn. Row 2 DC in BLO across, ch 2, turn. Row 3-24 repeat row 2. Saturday, May 12, 2012. My first pair of baby shoes. Well these aren't *my* first baby shoes, those are falling apart in a dusty old box somewhere. These are my first attempt at sewing baby shoes. Handmade by Auntie Meig. Slowly but surely I will eventually get all these updates in. Here's one of my finishes from early in the year. This is the biggest quilt I've ever made. I loved every minute of it! I was asked to do a quilt with burgundy, hunter green, and cream (those are their bedroom colors) and they wanted queen size to fit the bed. Woo!
