Beat egg white till dry and fluffy and set aside. Put sugar in bottom of mixing bowl. Add butter and mix. Add eggs one at a time. Add sour cream. Add flour (sifted) and soda. Fold in egg whites. Don’t beat too long. Pour into two bread pans. 300* x 40 min (or longer if using GF. Flour instead of regular). Or you can pour into a bundt. Thanks, FB's mom!

You won't be able to tell that they're gf! From the food network. 2 c rice flour. 1/4 c corn starch. 2 T tapioca flour. 1 tsp xantham gum. 1 tsp bkg soda. 1 1/4 c brown sugar. 1 1/2 tsp vanilla. 1 egg 1 yolk. 2 c chocolate chips. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. The recipe says to cook for 14 minutes but I cook mine for 10. GF Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out nearly-but not completely-clean. Top cake with cream and strawberries.
