All ingredients are gluten-free, just be sure to use gf oats (like Bob’s Red Mill Brand). 3 cups whole oats. 1/3 cup sunflower seeds. Cup brown sugar, packed. February 21, 2012. Pre-heat your oven to 350 and put a kettle on to boil. 2 cups of brown sugar. 1 cup rice flour 1/2 cup buckwheat flour. 1/2 cup tapioca starch 1.5 tsp baking powder and baking soda. 1 tsp salt 2 organic eggs. 1 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup oil. 2 tsp vanilla 1 cup boiling water.
