The first moose we saw was on the porch along with several of his buddies. This guy tells you which way to go. Lots of moose "signs" but no sightings. They don't need to tell us to watch for moose. We spent the whole trip watching for them . If we saw one you can be sure we would have braked for it.. Not sure what this animal is doing right in the parking lot.

Monday, October 22, 2012. Covered bridge camping trip. The table and optional bed in one end. The bed at other end with sink, stove and fridge in middle. Sunday morning we decided to take the advice given us by various church members in St Johnsbury, VT to take the Kancamagus highway to Mt Washington. It turned out to be a very nice journey.. On Tuesday we toured the coastline from Belfast, ME to Bar Harbor, ME returning to a lovely Mexican restaurant in Bangor, ME before heading back to our cabin for the night.. Thursday, September 27, 2012. The filling - potatoe and cheese. Dough rolled out thin. Dough cut into circles. Lots more to come. When there are 7 filled, into the pot of boiling water they go, until they float to the top. 72 pierogies made and cooling. Pierogies fried along with onions and ready to eat. Yummy! Thursday, January 5, 2012. Tanner Manley violin recital. On December 1st Tanner gave a violin recital in which he played Grandma's favorite piece, "Meditation of Thais" by Massent. He did an excellent performance that all in attendance enjoyed very much. Very impressive pose don't you think? Course Grandpa could be a little biased. Meet the Faculty and Staff. Friday, December 3, 2010. In the Spring of 2010 the CLS Department underwent a re-accreditation and after the onsite review team gave the program a perfect score the program received the maximum of 7 years of Continuing Accreditation. That means the next accreditation review won't be until 2017. To celebrate, the Department went to the Tippecanoe Place Restaurant in South Bend for a Sunday brunch. The site is the old mansion of the Studebaker family. End of Semester crunch.
