The ONLY (and I repeat, ONLY) advantage of having your children and grandchildren living away from you, are the travel benefits. With Greg away at scout camp, Tara and the girls decided to plan a trip to the beach.and extended an invite to me! A short flight, curbside pickup, a stop at McDonald's and we were on our way. Greg, Abbey and Kate. Sunday, September 16, 2012. This time, the epidural HURT! He came to us at 10:56pm (so 5 hours since they induced me). They found that his umbilical chord was over his shoulder and around his leg or waist. That was why his heart rate kept dropping. Words cannot express my gratitude that they could see this in a test earlier that evening. They placed. So, the labor at the hospital was short but painful and the delivery was fast and I didn't feel any pain. Hooray! Abbey's Dad and Mom.

Sunday, November 10, 2013. Fall color tour - Moose sightings and interesting side trips. Here are many moose sightings on our "MOOSELESS TRIP". The first moose we saw was on the porch along with several of his buddies. This guy tells you which way to go. Lots of moose "signs" but no sightings. They don't need to tell us to watch for moose. We spent the whole trip watching for them . If we saw one you can be sure we would have braked for it.. Not sure what this animal is doing right in the parking lot.
