He was number five of 7 children so don't think he got a whole lot of attention! I like to tease him about this picture and call him "poor little Gene! This week's recipe is another I've had around for years. It's simple and one of my favorite comfort foods. 1 onion, chopped. 1 1/2 cups chicken broth. 1 cup frozen peas. 1 cup frozen carrots. 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded. 2 1/2 tsp baking powder. Preheat oven to 450. Grease a 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes. Monday, August 29, 2011.
