The Trans Am Diary: Finally fixed the slow leaky tire
http://1986pontiactransam.blogspot.com/2015/03/finally-fixed-slow-leaky-tire.html
Friday, March 27, 2015. Finally fixed the slow leaky tire. I'm the king of procrastination. I've had a slow leak in my rear passenger tire for . years. If I left the TA sitting up for two or three weeks I'd come back and find the passenger side rear tire almost flat. I'd just air it back up and get on with my life. No more leaking tire. Take one task off my to-do list. Christopher T. Shields. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Goingfaster.com - Black Echo's playground on the Internet.

The March of the Twelve Backs: September 2014
http://12backs.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Monday, September 1, 2014. The 1977 "Star Wars" Movie Program. When "Star Wars" first hit the theaters some theaters offered special complimentary movie programs to movie goers. This was a first run item not duplicated or repeated when "Star Wars" was rerun in theaters the following year. I don't remember ever having one of these but my wife says that she got one when she went to see "Star Wars" and she had it for a long time through her childhood. Christopher T. Shields. The Trans Am Diary: 29 year old starter died ...
http://1986pontiactransam.blogspot.com/2015/02/29-year-old-starter-died.html
Friday, February 6, 2015. 29 year old starter died . Well, this is the first time that I've updated the blog since my accident in my '89 Dodge Daytona Shelby. I won't beat a dead horse so if you didn't know about my accident you can read about it here. What a waste of a really rare car through no fault of my own. Fast forward to me being without a daily driver, unable to ride my '04 Honda CBR600RR due to my injuries and having to pull the '86 TA out of the garage to use as my temporary daily driver.

The 1989 Dodge Daytona Shelby Diary: July 2014
http://1989dodgedaytonashelby.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 30, 2014. I've got the day off so I run by my mechanic's to see if there's any update or progress on the Daytona. I see the Daytona has moved from the work area to the AC charging area. This gives me hope. The hood is up at the charging station and there is a mechanic working on it. I ask my mechanic what the repair bill is so far . I'm thinking about $500 or so dollars. We're up to about $800 to $900 so far. I look over at the Daytona. Christopher T. Shields. The Trans Am Diary: Life with the Trans Am
http://1986pontiactransam.blogspot.com/2014/08/life-with-trans-am.html
Thursday, August 21, 2014. Life with the Trans Am. With the Daytona in the shop ( again. I took the '86 Trans Am to work today, tops off, windows down, it was a good drive. If you've never driven in an American V8 powered GT class sports car with T-tops, you need to add that to your bucket list. I really like your Camaro! I've long since given up on trying to correct (or educate) people so I just thanked her and walked on up to the counter, taking her enthusiastic outburst for what it was . she liked...

The 1991 Chevrolet Corvette Diary: August 2015
http://1991chevroletcorvettediary.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
The adventure of owning a fourth generation Corvette and using it as a daily driver . for the third time. Wednesday, August 5, 2015. Long overdue update - pics heavy. Sorry for the long time between posts . life . what can you do? I offer you new pictures of some old pictures. The '91 arrives on a gloomy day, bringing its own amount of sunshine into my life. This C4 came from a town about 30 miles NW of where I bought my '86 TA. Low to the ground C4 makes unloading a chore. The '91 in her new home, clams...
