He waited until the last day of the season to go looking for him to make sure he had a plenty time with the ladies before he took him out. Friday, August 28, 2009. Starting the '09 Hunting Season off with a BANG! Scott left yesterday morning around 10:30 headed for COLORADO on a TEN DAY bow hunting Elk Trip! He and a friend are driving and meeting another couple of friends there. Its a 24-hour drive - they made it to there "half-way" point about 11 o'clock last night - Lubbock, TX. That must have made for a loooong. They'll be on the road ALL DAY today too! He is SO EXCITED! I know its beautiful.he better be taking lots of pictures!

Thursday, April 12, 2012. To finish off our almost-perfect day on Tuesday, H got his first busted lip.and from all things, simply walking through the kitchen! I don't even know how or why he fell. There was nothing that he tripped on, but I knew immediately he was hurt. There's no mistaking the "real cry"! After the initial shock of it, he was fine. Fortunately it wasn't a bad "bust".
