Friday, May 29, 2015. Ferns, Champs, Vegan Propaganda. Finally picked up some fiddlehead ferns. From the farmer's market. My roommate likes them a lot so I asked her how to prepare them. Ya wash off the brown husks, then soak them, and then boil them for about 10 minutes. Apparently you can get really sick if you don't cook them well!
