Watermelon, choped into squares. Apples, chopped and sliced. Pineapple (I usually use a can of dole chuncks, but fresh works too). 1 can of mandrin oranges. Optional: mango, plums. Wednesday, May 27, 2009. After nine months of waiting, we're pleased to announce the arrival of Gert! Katelyn Rebecca McIntyre was born on May 17th at 7:18am! She weighed 7lbs 10.9oz and was 20.5 inches long! It was a long labor (24 hours, with 3 and a half hours of pushing! But well worth it (I can say that now that it's over). It was great having my Mom here to help and spoil Katelyn- she put in some late nights with me! Katelyn is now over a week old and she's already changed so much!

Trust me, it is soooo good. 1 1/2 cup white sugar. 2 tbsp light corn syrup. 1 tsp baking soda.
