The Best Kept Secrets of Healthy Cooking. 1 1/4 C. bread flour. 3/4 C rolled oats. 1 1/2 tsp. rapid rising yeast. 1 Tbsp. sugar. 1/8 tsp. salt. 2 C plus 2 Tbsp. water. 1 Pour water into a small saucepan. Heat to approx. 125 degrees. 5 Punch dough down and turn out onto lightly floured surface. Dough is now ready to use as needed. Cooked up by Jann. Jann: Is that how you learned it?
