Saturday, September 26, 2009. 132 miles and still going strong! This is my husband, Spencer, and my brother, Bryan, after they ran their first half marathon. I must say that they killed it! 1 hour and 37 min. for Spencer. 1 hour and 32 min. for Bryan. How old is brian now? This one is sure to be a winner! 1 (16 oz) pkg. cheese tortellini. 1 (145 oz) can diced tomates w/ garlic and onion. 1 C chopped fresh spinach. 1/2 tsp. salt. 1/4 tsp. pepper. 1 1/2 tsp. dried basil. 1 tsp minced garlic. 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour. 3/4 C heavy cream. 1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese. 1 Cook tortellini according to package directions.
