Even if you don't love or like tamales, you will LOVE this RECIPE! 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 med yellow onion, diced. 1 green bell pepper, diced. 2 garlic cloves, minced. 2 tsp ground cumin. 15 oz can pinto beans, drained and rinsed. 8oz can diced tomatoes. 2 chipotle peppers 1 tsp adobo sauce (in Mexican food section, small can of "chipotles in adobo"). 1 cup grated cheddar. 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (I think I forgot to add this last time! 1 85 oz pkg cornbread mix.

Monday, January 13, 2014. Crock pot freezer beef stroganoff. This is really good! You put raw ingredients in a freezer bag and then when you want to eat it, cook it in the crock pot. Add rice or noodles. I recommend doubling recipe. 1/2 cup minced onion. 1 lb stew beef. 2 cups chopped mushrooms. 3/4 cup sour creme. 1 can creme of mushroom soup. 1/2 cup cream cheese. I made this today! It was really good.and it was probably one of the easiest things I have ever made. This is sooo good! 1 1/2 lb ground beef.
