Celebrating the Imperfect Life. Friday, March 4, 2011. This Can't Be Good. I just made a batch of chocolate caramel cupcakes with caramel filling, butter cream icing and toasted coconut on top. It may be the fanciest thing this Betty Crocker girl has ever made. I have no company coming. No event. No potluck to share with. No, nothing like that. Just a sad little mix of depression and chocolate cravings. I don't think this bodes well for the upcoming weekend. Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I lurv cuppycakes.

On December 19, 2016, our AMVER participating vessel, ORFEAS, rescued four (4) French boaters from S/V L’AMIRAL, a disabled 50-foot sailing boat in the Atlantic Ocean, about 1,082 miles east of Puerto Rico. The Captain of ORFEAS immediately agreed to divert course in order to rescue the distressed boaters.
