Now here’s the question I have forgotten about this, let myself get bogged down in all the little mundane things and not been writing my list or posting it, so do I start over again or do I just call it Day 106 as that is the day I would be on had I posted every day? Nurses and doctors, who were very good and understanding of my teenage son after an accident on Sunday. A wonderful energising yoga practice this morning, sequence from Ana Forrest’s Fierce Medicine, kept me buzzing, alight and awake all day. July 13, 2014. 1 A gentle and relaxing yoga class. 2 An absolutely gorgeous day. 3 Fun trying to hula hoop with the girls. 4 The girls brining all the laundry in when it suddenly poured with rain. 5 A good night out with friends.
