A wonderful energising yoga practice this morning, sequence from Ana Forrest’s Fierce Medicine, kept me buzzing, alight and awake all day. Every day, five things in my life that I am grateful for. July 9, 2014. A hair dresser who doesn’t insist on talking inane garbage at me and lets me just sit and enjoy the experience. It didn’t rain on me – I can usually guarantee rain on the way home from the hairdresser. A meditation that turned into a very restorative nap after a bad night’s sleep last night. Ein Regenbogen ist die mit Abstand bekannteste Form davon, aber nicht. Unbedingt die häufigste. Eiskristalle in hohen Schleierwolken erzeugen Halos die durchaus häufiger. South Cascades and Oregon Coast – 山海皆为趣. 其实说South Cascades并不准确，应该是South and Far South Cascades，如果有这种说法的话。 当然，也不仅是Oregon Coast，也有一部分 Northern California Coast。 OR-58到头就并到了US-97上，向南不远换到OR-138上，在OR-138从东西向变成南北向之前，向南到Crater Lake Hwy就进了Crater Lake NP，因为开到公园北门的时候已经5点多了，所以门口没人，自己拿地图和投钱，因为有年票，所以拿了地图就直接往院子里开了。 因为在湖边，所以基本很难看到整个的湖面，即便是在号称可以看到湖面全景的Cloudcap Overlook也总是会有边上突出的峭壁遮挡住一部分湖面，所以，在湖边看全景的最佳地点是Watchman Lookout Station，一个1.6miles的trail可以爬上去。 坐船回到岸边，接着往公路上爬，这回终于知道啥叫 take it easy 了，本来爬那个山头就挺累了，又...
