Leftover Rice Pudding shown with garnish of apple slices, a dollop of vanilla yogurt, and a sprinkle of fresh grated nutmeg. Here’s the recipe:. 1 1/2 c milk. Strauss Creamery, Petaluma. お金じゃなくて手間暇かけて。地球と心の声に耳を澄まして。愛する家族と仲間達と。そんな手作りの持続可能な暮らしをゆっくり模索中。好きなことして暮らしていこう。 一度筆不精になるとなかなか文章が作れない・・。 １ヶ月ぶり。みなさん、ご無沙汰しております。 ２週間お休みといっても、その間はブドウの世話が待っている。５月に入って芽吹いた新梢はすでに３０センチくらいに直立している。つる伏せという作業。余計な枝を折り、実をならせる新梢を一つひつ棚のテープで針金にとめていく。 今日は朝から近所のリンゴ農家の方の家に伺い、一緒に畑を見てもらいつつ作業のポイントを教わった。親切な方でリンゴだけでなく、彼の友達も紹介してくれた。かつてリンゴ専門にやってた人。これからいろいろ教われるといい。 リンゴは一株に大体５つくらい花が付いていて、中心の花が病気も少なく、大きい実がつく。実をつけさせる株の中心果だけ残す。残した中心果もすべて実を張らせるのではなく、ある程度大きくさせてから形のいいもの、病気のないものや、枝と数量のバランスを考...担ぎ手としてはじめて参加した今回は雨と酒がきつかった・・...今回、よ...
