I’m late to the iron game. Following a decade of martial arts training, I took up the sport of weightlifting aged twenty-six. Studying under Giles Greenwood. I competed for Bethnal Green Weightlifting Club in London. Years later, I was invited to assist in the coaching and did so until I moved to Cape Town. All smiles in the warmup room.
