Wednesday, November 28, 2012. Hats Off to Thanksgiving! This Thanksgiving, like every monumental event this year, seemed to sneak up behind me and surprise me at the last minute. I have a calendar right on my desk everyday, but I can be entirely blind to something staring at me in the face sometimes. The picture, though not bad and full of great laughs and fun, looked different this year. The new normal is setting in slowly and it will take time. It didn't stop the silly though! Um not sure. Moving on.

Here are some video's I thought I would share. The quality goes down in the transfer, but it isn't too bad if you watch on the smaller screen. I hope you enjoy them and they give you a taste of the fun and excitement we have. Journey does very well at saying her L's and was proud when she first started! Featuring the "Four Princesses". LOVE to cook with the girls and this was our first pie from scratch. It is amazing how much better things taste when you make them together. It was a lot of fun though.

Thursday, July 10, 2014. How can time pass so slow and so darn fast at the same time? You hear it over and over as a kid, but never grasp its reality until it happens to you and you look back and wonder where in the heck your 20's went? Where the last year went? Didn't I just HAVE a birthday, like LAST month? Or even where your day went? I see this hanging in my bathroom every morning. It is a great reminder to take the time and embrace the joy and bring that to the surface everyday! Be happy my friends!

The color was coppery, and not really what I was looking for. I actually wasn't even sure what I was going to do with it. So I spray painted it with primer first.
