Grit & Grace | Reflections From the Heart of a Rebel, Tender and Wild
Reflections From the Heart of a Rebel, Tender and Wild. A New Blog For Me. February 22, 2015. Sitting here in the warmth of my house, the snow falling once again outside, working on various computer projects as my laundry awaits my attention. I know life gets busy for us all and sometimes I don’t get to blog posts when I see one I follow has written something new. But just had to post one last time here on this Grit and Grace space to let you all know that I’ve moved. I hope to see you on the other side.

Monday, July 23, 2012. Seasonal Salads with an Indian Twist. Doug and I cook a ton of Indian food, and I love it. I find all those spicy curries and soupy lentil dishes equally appealing in the hot summer or frozen winter. But no matter the season, I crave something fresh and crunchy to balance their soft warmth. And for that, let me present my favorite go-to Indian salads. Both salads come together in a flash and are the perfect foil for a spicy Indian meal. Adapted from Sanjeev Kapoor. 1/2 tsp sea salt.
