Friday, January 30, 2015. Two weeks down and this happened:. So yeah. We've come a long way. We got some great focus first thing this morning then played with our friend, R again. Since it was his last day he got to do activities with his cast off and use both hands - something for Ben to look forward to next week! Ben and I both got big hugs from him before we left today. Monday, June 23, 2014. Garage Sale and Bake Sale. I would say our garage sale was a success! We got rid of loads of stuff we didn't need anymore and made over $800 to put towards our trip to Birmingham. So right now airfare is kind of ridic. Since it's a ways out I'm hoping prices will come down. I still need to look into the extended stay places down there. We spent the first part of our morning working on a variety of hand manipulations, doing key grasps, tripod grabs, and occasionally working on our pincer grasp. Wednesday, July 24, 2013. Ben had an appointment with his stroke specialist, Dr. Golomb, in Indianapolis on Monday. It went GREAT! We left Sunday morning EARLY. Like, 4am early.
