Tuesday, May 25, 2004. It has been a long month. So, I checked out my journal and noticed that the last date I when an update was entered was dated May 5. Today is a painful day for me. I've come to realise that the first step in ensuring order in my life is taking control of my expenses. I am in a financial slump and I need to get my life back. I can no longer simply ignore the fact that my solvency has hit rock bottom. I am scared because I have to face this reality, and that it isn't going away until I address it. Friday, February 27, 2004. Fucking payday is worse than Friday the 13th. Everything was all jim dandy after going to the gym this morning, and doing an hours worth of cardio training. Oh, I should include the sighting of a local team of hunky basketball players. Coming to work was a bit of a hassle, since the traffic at the toll gate was extremely annoying with the overly sluggish attendants manning the toll booths. Ever got that feeling wherein even if you had things to pick up your spirits, and yet they don't work. I had that this weekend. Thankfully, I get to spend time with my mum. Monday, July 26, 2004. Closing the mid year. With barely a week left, July is coming to an end. It is official that we're on transit heading towards the end of the year. Monday, April 21, 2003. It's such a cliché to say Monday blues but today really can't be helped. As soon as I got out of bed, here goes my father starting yapping about our bills and all that. I'm like "WHOA! I just got up.". So much for the sweet beginnings. I'm trying not to dwell on it but I admit lately, going home is more of a painstaking feeling. It's like I'm only welcome if I have money to shed out. Is that all there is to it? I so definitely want to move out but with my income, that will not work.

I just find it odd that there are some people who doesn't understand the weight of their responsibility to other people. Just have the courtesy to let me know of your plans. I need to make a commitment to myself that I will not let my yearning for little escapades g unchecked. Exercise extreme vigilance to keep my expenses in check and NO unwarranted shopping.
