Try to take a shower at night and then put your hair in a braid, bun, or ponytail while you sleep. Try not to brush it a lot in the morning because then it just gets poofier. I love all the bath and shower products from lush and saw some hairgels when I was in the shop today and I like the idea of using something natural and not full of chemicals on my hair.
