Running in Laredo, Texas. The trials of running in 100 degree weather. Sunday, December 28, 2014. Monday: 9 and 6 miles - 15 total. Tuesday: 2x3 mile cutdowns and 6 in the evening 13 total. Wednesday: 10@8 min pace. Thursday: 10@8 min pace. Sunday through Tuesday pretty much did the damage for the whole week as I wasn't able to recover from the hard runs. It's been two weeks worth of running! 113 DAYS TILL #Boston. This is good as I love the aches and pains of training! Catch the freight train next week!

Monday: 8 easy rehabbing and still hurting. 1 mile warmup 2x3 mile cutdowns 800 float and 1.5 cool-down. Getting into freaking shape! Getting into freaking shape! First set 5:55, 5:49, 5:45 800 float. Second set 5:55,5:47,5:34. Sunday: 21 sore stiff left posterior tibial tendinitis. Monday: 8 weak sore. Tuesday: 2 easy 10 at MP in 59:36 kinda of bother by the tendinitis.

Running in Laredo, Texas. The trials of running in 100 degree weather. Wednesday, January 14, 2015. Sunday: 21 sore stiff left posterior tibial tendinitis. Monday: 8 weak sore. Tuesday: 2 easy 10 at MP in 59:36 kinda of bother by the tendinitis. Thursday: 15 but felt rather sore after the run. Friday: 11 still sore and I think I just messed up my left posterior tendon.
