Hannah's Missions Trip: October 2012
http://hannahinmissions.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, 4 October 2012. This will be my first real post. Right now I am putting together my budget for the trip and honestly I'm coming up with more questions than answers. That's okay, though. I have a great team of people behind and in front of me. They're pushing and pulling :) I'm having a lot of fun with this process and it's starting to sink in about how much work it is, too. I appreciate your support during this time and hope you will rejoice with me in God's faithfulness. :D.

Hannah's Missions Trip: February 2013
http://hannahinmissions.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, 26 February 2013. Hello, Great Big World! I have had many adventures as of late, but I feel a particular burden to share with you about my day today. Here, in Kenya, there are infinite possibilities for why a child may be coughing, the most common of which is Tuberculosis. We check for other symptoms, but a runny nose is an indication that the child need further examination to determine if he/she has Malaria. This is not a plea for help, but for prayer. Prayer is the most powerful thing we c...
Hannah's Missions Trip: January 2013
http://hannahinmissions.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Monday, 21 January 2013. I have been told that the experiences I have had in the last week have made me a real Kenyan. When I arrived, we had authentic African supper. We ate rice with some sort of goat stew over-top of it. There were six women staying in a small two room house. Compared to the surrounding homes, this place was like an oasis. They had their own garden and laundry on the line. Their home was part of a compound holding 4-5 other families, from what I could see. Wednesday, 16 January 2013.
Hannah's Missions Trip: In Nairobi
http://hannahinmissions.blogspot.com/2013/01/in-nairobi.html
Wednesday, 16 January 2013. Family and friends,. I am into my second full day in Nairobi. Sorry for not contacting all of you sooner, but internet is scarce. It has been kind of a whirlwind couple of days. I arrived late at night on Jan 14. I am sleeping in a little room for now, because the missionaries I am with have not found a house, yet. Please be praying that it happens today. They are in a meeting right now to see if they can get a house they really want and need. 17 January 2013 at 15:50. Thanks s...

Stories From the Field. Stories From the Field. The Great I AM. Stories Fear gets in the way. Sometimes fear leads us to run. Sometimes fear leads us to hide. Mali Adventures
Thursday, May 19, 2011. From my Journal May 7, 2011. When we finally arrived I was overwhelmed by the site; people had come from all over many had spent the night—there were carts as far as the eye could see. There were wood fires where people were heating up moni (millet porridge) for breakfast. Pray mats pointed toward Mecca as the sun was just coming up signaling Morning Prayer. This went on for over an hour. Then people went home cleaned, cooked and ate their findings! Big day in village. To get star...

Hannah in Mbinga/Tansania | Über mein Jahr in Afrika
Über mein Jahr in Afrika. Posted by Hannahunterwegs in Allgemein. Mambo liebe Blogleser innen,.
Hannah's Blog | Just another WordPress.com site
Just another WordPress.com site. Hannah's Missions Trip
Thursday, 11 April 2013. I haven't had internet for the last couple weeks at least. It is the short rainy season in Kenya. There are storms every day and the power is out just as often as it storms. I'm on my way home right now, but I'm really not feeling well, so this probably won't be as well construsted of a post. I said goodbye to the children I taught in Marurui, on Monday. There were many hugs and I am going to miss those kids much more than they realize. I've been pretty sick for the last week, an...
Hannah Jo from Kokomo
Saturday, April 9, 2011. The Lord is my fortress, protecting me from danger, so why should I tremble? The one thing I ask of the Lord - the thing I seek most - is to live in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, delighting in the Lord's perfections and meditating in his Temple. For he will conceal me there when troubles come; he will hide me in his sanctuary. He will place me out of reach on a high rock. Yet I am confident I will see the Lord's goodness while I am here in the land of the living.

365 Mosambik – mein Freiwilligendienst. Blogs der anderen Freiwilligen. Das Land and mein Projektplatz.

hannah goes to africa
Hannah goes to africa. Thursday, November 24, 2011. What are you thankful for? After writing their thoughts and exchanging papers, I said that each person would stand up and read the two things on their paper. Then I showed that I had a card for each person along with a brand new pencil to write their math exam with. This last statement literally got applause. Applause. For a pencil. It’s the little things. I’m thankful for my feet for bringing me all the way to beautiful Namibia. I am thankful for my dog.
