The Love of an Animal. This is a love story. A story of hope for animal lovers. Chiquita is a West Highland Terrier. The smallest of two other Westies, she is our piss-and-vinegar. If you are not familiar with Westies here’s a quick read http:/ en.wikipedia.org/wiki/West Highland White Terrier. We were blessed with a litter from Hannah-Banana. Chiquita was kept as a playmate and companion. Closely resembling Phyllis Diller, she was the epitome of utter goofiness. But on April 29th, 2011 that all changed.
