We got the cutest plants today at Wal-Mart which is a surprise because they are usually dead, dry, and ugly but I think these look good. I love having fresh flowers and plants in the house. Abby, Papa, Nevaeh, and Makala. Gavin, Papa, Sammy, and Luke. Sammy and I started his Spring project. I'm doing one thing with each of the kids to get Spring started a bit early. We are re-doing his bike and he's excited. Future post to come about that. Here is helping me take it apart. Sammy helping to take apart his bike.

Saturday, January 24, 2009. New Years Day Hike. We went on a lovely hike at Soaring Eagle on New Years Day. Sierra insisted on wearing her Hello Kitty backpack, which we figure is great as it will prepare her for future backpacking trips! 160;It was a beautiful hike and we really enjoyed watching the wind move the trees and checking out all the moss. Saturday, September 15, 2012. This is Why I'm Walking. I just wanted to let you know how I’m doing, it’s been a little over a year since I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma and I am doing great! I had no idea so much could happen in a year. I guess being diagnosed with cancer at 16 and then becoming a cancer survivor at 17 is an impressive thing to put on college resumes. The Light the Night Walk is in two weeks, and I will be there walking and also sharing my story. I am walking for Ruby this year.
