Thursday, December 9, 2010. While doing some of the last pumpkin and jalapeño harvesting for the season, I happened upon this little caterpillar on some of our passion vine. It's a Gulf Fritillary! Thursday, September 9, 2010. Mini Jack Pumpkin Sprouts. I ordered some Renee's Garden. Mini Jack pumpkin seeds online via Amazon. We planted them during the last week of August (which is really late for planting these). Friday, November 12, 2010. This is a beautiful garden in downtown Nacogdoches - I think just outside of the office of a landscaping firm. It's mostly a bunch of different Coleus. I've decided that I want to plant some Coleus. I just don't know where I would put it. Maybe right next to the house; bricks and colorful leaves seem to go well together. I want the world. Berlin and Paris 2009. Tuesday, November 1, 2011. Less than a month! I feel like rambling. In less than a month I will be getting married to my best friend. It's awesome. And I'm finally, FINALLY ready to start getting fit again. I think. I'm committing to myself in print right here and right now that I am going to get up early tomorrow morning and do something. I got new glasses today. They are pretty bitchin'. It's so weird being able to see so clearly. Links to this post.

You can read more about those travels here. Of course, one of big tourist-y things we just had. To do was do the Eiffel Tower. The elevators don't take you all the way to the top. I'm glad. Tuesday, August 24, 2010. John and I drove up to Denton to visit my sister during Memorial Day weekend back in May. She made us the most delicious vegan enchiladas. I'll share my variation of her recipe with you here! For four GIANT enchiladas (we buy the big "burrito-size" flour tortillas) you will need:. 4 big flour tortillas. 3 cans enchilada sauce (we used two red, one green). 1 can green chilis (use the diced, not the whole). Two big poblano peppers (we used one because we only had one in the fridge).
