My life in the reality. Thursday, October 29, 2009. Things aren't changing at all. The sequence, colleagues weather workload is still the same. My old colleagues and leaders are all gone.and now, im going to change everything. Thursday, October 22, 2009. Things are up to expectations. I gain my fat again to 23.1%. i wanna reduce fat around my waist. but i can't stop eating salt and sugar. arghhh. My life in the reality. Friday, October 31, 2008. I run things at Tanah Merah, Pengkalan Kubur, Kota Bharu, Tumpat and Pasir Mas area. My job is to buy used material such as Boxes, Papers, Newspapers, steel, Plastics bottle and Plastics Bags. I learn a lot of things an knew a lot of people while im doing the jobs. My life in the reality. Wednesday, June 1, 2011. Im on track with my schedule. Now after 1 months i didnt take heavy dinner, my weight jump down from 85 to 80.5kg with 19.5% bodyfat. am bit happy since it worked and i dun have to straves at all. BEsides that, im back to my hometown and enjoying my new work as a site supervisor. well, it;s hot and im burning, but im still happy. My life in the reality. Thursday, December 31, 2009. The best year ever. I have a great Job, great feeling and great new year's gift ever. Power station is performing live at Queensbay Mall for Free.
