Hell day ever for yesterday afternoon shift.passing report was 1 hour and i still dunno what the person was talking about.and i had 2 blood transfusion, 1 transfer to ward 12 and running down to endo centre with the MO as pt was supposed to be massively BLEEDING. According to the reg, *7&? But guess what, when we went there.the pt still said hi! People are selfish.I really feel that way. Honestly, i am given so much tasks to do by people above me. And yet, they expect to still take case and do those tasks. C'mon i really do not understand what has sitting in the room all day-doing roster/tidying the ward etc can be so difficult. Im not asking for all days TL. all i am asking for is TL on days that I have to coordinate the course for the ANNC 3rd batch people. And then, there is the audit.
