Gaining me by LOSING ME. Friday, May 28, 2010. Ugh and double ugh. Well I know i haven't written in a bit. Truth is I got sick . really sick. Started with a stomach pain that was . just plain awful. I wish mine was going better! I sent over 100 last week! 8am- 2 pc beef jerky. 4pm-4 chunks of rotisserie chicken i picked up for the kids. 7 pm to 1:30 am- random scraps of popcorn as I cooked into the wee hours. 4 crappy hours of sleep. 8am-3pm-random scraps of popcorn as I cooked through lunch. 9:30 pm-1 piece pizza.

September 15, 2014. Hello and welcome to my new blog going paleo. Since I’m a busy person working 2 jobs, simplicity is the best, so I will be trying mostly crock pot paleo recipes found on the Internet . My first attempt at a paleo recipe was this evening. My choice was crock pot paleo lasagna . Ingredients include ground turkey, tomatoes, zucchini and yellow squash. It was alittle time consuming in the prep area, but I’m sure the end product is well worth it. You can find the recipe here:.
