I just picked up my t-shirt and bib for this Sunday’s Staten Island Half Marathon. I’m also running a 5K Color Run. In Paramus tomorrow so I know that I have to take it easy while supporting my friend, which happens to be her first 5K. Very excited for her! Plus the proceeds go to the East Brook and West Brook Middle Schools in Paramus. Posted in Cardio Exercise.

I just did a Thanksgiving run this morning because 1) my body needs it, 2) I’m getting back to training mode for the Montclair 5K Donut Run on December 12 (and possibly a last minute Turkey Trot Run this weekend) and 3) I’ll probably be eating a whole lot (in moderation, hopefully).
