2 cups self-rising flour. 4 tsp curry powder. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 1/2 cup grated carrot. 1 cup grated sweet potato. 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese. 4 Tbsp butter, melted. 1 egg 1 egg white, lightly beaten. 3/4 cup skim milk. Oven: 350 degrees F. Sift flour, curry powder, salt and pepper into a bowl. Dd carrot, sweet potato and cheese, mixing thoroughly with your fingers until evenly combined. Make a well in the center. Separately, combine butter, milk, egg and egg white in a bowl. 1/2 cup rolled oats.
