May 28, 2015. By Healthy Habits with Haley. With very active weather lately, I haven’t been as active with this blog. That’s changing! My two month mark is quickly approaching and I’m excited! While in Monday’s training session, we worked shoulders and back. A mirror was next to the assisted pull-up machine and I could see muscle! Nothing crazy but it certainly wasn’t that defined before! It certainly is motivational to see progress, no matter how small. I lost 2% body fat in ONE MONTH! Making it a HABIT.

July 2015 – Healthy Habits

Three months have gone by since the beginning of this Healthy Habit journey. Yesterday was “weigh in” day and to see how far I have progressed. Starting Weight (4/9/15): 156 lbs. Can’t say I was all too thrilled with seeing that number rise but when my body fat was calculated I was a bit more ecstatic. Starting Body Fat: 22.3%. So while I may have gained three pounds, I know it was muscle being put on. In a three month time frame, I have lost almost 5% body fat! Follow Healthy Habits on WordPress.com.
