このところ仕事がいんそがしくて、自宅で料理と言ってもあまり冒険もしないでいたんだけど、だんだん仕事も落ち着いてきて、余裕も出てきたので、久しぶりに変わり種パスタを作ってみる事に。ま、かみさんから、ナスとピーマンが残っているので、何とかしてくれと言われただけなんだけどね :-p. にんにくはみじん切りにする。ナスは縦半分に切って斜め切り、ピーマンと人参は細切りにしておく。鷹の爪は種をのぞいて小口切りにしておく. お湯が沸いたら塩を入れて、人参をちょっと茹でておく。人参を出したらパスタを茹で始める。豆板醤の香りがたち始めたら鶏挽肉、味噌、日本酒、味覇、鷹の爪を入れてしっかりひき肉を炒めておく。ひき肉に味がしっかり付いたら、人参、ピーマンを入れて炒める。パスタが茹であがったら、茹で汁をレードで二杯ほど入れて、パスタを入れて炒める。最近Perfumeばっかり聞いている。もともとYMOから始まって、テクノ系が好きなので、Perfumeの音楽はとても心地よく感じる。うどん (一袋) - 良く使うのが石丸製麺. ネギ半分 - 半分より1/3が良いかも. サラダオイルが温まってきたら、ナスを...
