February 1, 2015. June 25, 2015. It’s been ages since my last post, but my home town football team is about to win a second Super Bowl! I figured it was high time for a little update. :-). This year, my game day look is mostly about the eye shadow. This is mostly achieved with the Urban Decay Electric Pressed Pigment Palette. I don’t normally go this full-on drag with my makeup, especially for a daytime look but a sports event is such a fun excuse, you know? Cosmetics case MIA :(. PAX Beauty (and beasts).

Hair and Scalp Care. I think the very best brush out there is the Mason Pearson combo nylon and boar bristle brush. The nylon bristles massage and gently stimulate your scalp, while the boar ones transport natural scalp oil to the rest of your hair to help moisturize it. These brushes can be pricy, but you can usually find them for much cheaper on eBay. I believe some Sally Hansen Beauty Supply stores also sell a pretty decent knockoff for much less money. So without further ado:. Cleanse either with PSF Green Tea Cream Cleanser, a gentle foaming cleanser from a natural brand (I get these as EDS freebies sometimes — currently using up ones from PSF and Juice), or my own emollient oil blend; usually gently exfoliate with a microfiber baby’s washcloth; sometimes Clarisonic.
