Roman took the stool over by the highchair and was pretending that he had a spoon in his mouth and was going to feed Hudson. So he pretended to get a scoop of his pretend baby food. On Monday I looked at the paper from Roman's 4 month well child checkup because I wanted to see how they compare. I kept saying all week "Hudson's a lot bigger then Roman was at this age." Apparently my memory is failing me. At 4 months old Roman was 14 lbs (even) and 24 3/4". Today at Hudson's appointment he was. Weight - 13 lbs 5 oz (20%). Height - 25" (53%). Wednesday, May 25, 2011. Call for desperate measures. We are still trying to find a sleep groove that works for us. Our awesomeness with the first obviously didn't carry over to the second, because we can't seem to figure out the sleep thing with this one to save our lives. But, with 2 boys we don't really have dolls around here. And put it in bed with him. At first he wasn't fooled. But once he was asleep he didn't mind having a doll hand on him instead of mine. Sunday, May 29, 2011. Toddler bed built for three. Roman loves to have us lay in his bed with him. I am still not sure how I was able to lay in the toddler bed with him when I was hugely pregnant. Have I ever mentioned before that toddler beds are SMALL? But I can honestly say that it's more comfortable sleeping in the toddler bed with both of my boys then sleeping in the crib with Hudson.
