The Whittle Family: April 2010
http://kathywhittle.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Friday, April 9, 2010. Playing Catchup - January 2010. January 2: Justin and Steph's Open House. This was held at our home, which was a little stressful, but we were so pleased with how everything turned out. Since it was Christmastime, I chose to keep the Christmas theme. We had a huge turnout of friends and family to celebrate with Justin and Steph. Emily enjoying some treats. I liked it so well, I will most likely keep the photo theme and put family photos on the tree for next Christmas. It's been 4 m...

The Whittle Family: Surprise Breakfast
http://kathywhittle.blogspot.com/2009/11/surprise-breakfast.html
Tuesday, November 10, 2009. Blueberry bagel w/cream cheese; orange juice smoothy. Made with orange juice and berry yogurt mixed together. She had made breakfast for me! Notice the creative "coasters" under the mugs (paper towels). It's hard to see, but she made little name cards for each of us, Mom's Place and Emily's Place, written in her version of cursive (which is actually pretty good! So thank you to her sweet siblings who have shown her such a great example! Kathy and Dave Whittle. Mom and Dad Danes.

Grandma's Ramblings
http://grandmadanes.blogspot.com/2008/11/annette-grandpa-juicing-apples-after-i.html
Friday, November 28, 2008. Annette and Grandpa juicing apples after I had my cataract surgery. Muffin and puppies home from the hospital - about 8 hours old. Just so you can see about how big the puppies are - weighed about 7 ounces at birth. Kathy has been helping me get some pictures up again. I had a lot of little problems and couldn't figure out just how to do this, so now I hope I can keep it up. Hope all of you had a great day and lots of good things to be grateful for. Grandma's Ramblings: March 2008
http://grandmadanes.blogspot.com/2008_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 31, 2008. A Different Kind of Tuneup. First - congratulations Melinda on getting Elizabeth Kay here safely. We enjoyed looking at her pictures and are glad that's over for you. Thursday, March 20, 2008. Has anyone seen my glasses? Friday, March 14, 2008. How does one hold it down to five? These are not necessarily in any particular order - just as they come to mind. 3 A good book - reading on a rainy day with some hot chocolate and a good book is wonderful. Tuesday, March 11, 2008. He reall...

Grandma's Ramblings: I Didn't Do It
http://grandmadanes.blogspot.com/2009/01/i-didnt-do-it.html
Friday, January 23, 2009. I Didn't Do It. Sold two of the puppies and there are times I would give the other two away for nothing. I guess this too shall pass. Oh wow, poor Grandpa! Well, he looks to be in good spirits, anyway. I hope he recovers quickly! January 23, 2009 at 5:40 PM. Mark was looking over my shoulder and started cracking up. That's Grandpa! Just need a bandaid. :-). January 24, 2009 at 9:19 PM. It sounds like it looks worse than it really was. I hope he's doing okay. I Didnt Do It.

Life in the Danes Lane: January 2008
http://danesclan.blogspot.com/2008_01_01_archive.html
Life in the Danes Lane. Sunday, January 27, 2008. Well, it's been quite a while since my first post. Things have been moving along at our house, with two families living here. It can be challenging at times, but rewarding as well. It's great to have our grandchildren around and see them growing. 6-month-old Thomas is a real hoot. He hasn't learned to crawl yet, but has a hilarious lurch, sort of like a caterpillar. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Life in the Danes Lane: December 2007
http://danesclan.blogspot.com/2007_12_01_archive.html
Life in the Danes Lane. Saturday, December 29, 2007. Well, the year is nearly over. We enjoyed a pleasant Christmas with family over for turkey dinner. We took an opportunity to participate in a live nativity on Christmas Eve, with real donkeys, llamas instead of camels (camels are hard to come by in Idaho), rabbits and sheep. We're looking forward to a relaxing New Year's Eve. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.
