The Farrell Factor: February 2014
http://farrellfactor.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
A gathering place for family, friends, and fun! Wednesday, February 26, 2014. A Little About Emma. She reads way above her grade level, has an amazing ability to memorize things, is an incredible artist.basically this girl is good at everything she does. Tonight for her journal writing homework she sat down and whipped out this little poem in 15 minutes. I was pretty impressed! It sounds much more poetic when she reads it out loud than it does just reading the words, but here it is. They all still have a...

http://theritzbitz.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 22, 2009. It could always be worse. My last exam of the semester was scheduled for today, the last day of finals, at 5:45 pm. But hey, at least my test was in the Joseph F. Smith Building, and not in the testing center; otherwise I would have had to stand in this line:. Monday, April 20, 2009. Some photos I took on my way home from school last week:. Not long after that, I accepted a job offer from the Daily Universe to be the campus editor for spring and summer semesters. Yep, that'...

Ritzbitz: Justin's Book Review
http://theritzbitz.blogspot.com/2009/05/justins-book-review.html
Tuesday, May 12, 2009. Reading is awesome. I've always loved getting lost in a book. Now that school is out, I'm catching up on all the reading I've been wanting to do over the past year. Right now I'm working on the classics – American, French, English, Russian, anything I can get my hands on. So far, I've burned through the following books:. The Last of the Mohicans. By James Fenimore Cooper. It's nothing like the movie, but this is a great book. Mohicans. The Hunchback of Notre Dame. LDS Church places...

The Farrell Factor: November 2014
http://farrellfactor.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
A gathering place for family, friends, and fun! Monday, November 3, 2014. Somehow my little baby turned one (over 3 weeks ago! Alyssa started walking at 11 months. We didn't really work on it with her at all because the few times we tried, she would just sit down. However, we caught her walking a few times when she didn't think anyone was watching and the next thing we knew she was a full time pro-walker. And boy is she fast! She's got her mom's sweet tooth! She couldn't wait to dig into her cupcake.

The Farrell Factor: August 2014
http://farrellfactor.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
A gathering place for family, friends, and fun! Sunday, August 17, 2014. Nursery with Ellie at the Temple and Saying Good Bye. It was the sweetest thing and brought tears to my eyes. I am so grateful for that small prompting I had and for the way it turned my afternoon around. I am so grateful for that time I had with Ellie to teach her and to be taught. I hope that in some small way she will remember this experience. Idaho: Rock Climbing, Squealers, and Fun with Cousins. Spencer braved the rock first.

The Farrell Factor: We Moved...and Other Big Life Changes
http://farrellfactor.blogspot.com/2014/09/we-movedand-other-big-life-changes.html
A gathering place for family, friends, and fun! Thursday, September 4, 2014. We Moved.and Other Big Life Changes. It's been awhile since I've really updated so I've got a lot of catching up to do. But, I figured I should at least share the big changes that have happened over the last few weeks (for the few people who read this that aren't on Facebook). So, our first big news is that Jon is going back to school. Yeah, one thing we said he would never do! We ended up moving from this house in California.

The Farrell Factor: May 2014
http://farrellfactor.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
A gathering place for family, friends, and fun! Wednesday, May 21, 2014. Somehow another year has gone by and our little Buddy is six years old! He is such a tiny little guy that it's hard to believe he could be that old. But, what he lacks in size he more than makes up for with his personality. He is such an expressive boy. When he is happy, he is really happy. But if you make him mad, watch out! He is really great at helping her with things and is such a great big brother. He is also really great w...

A gathering place for family, friends, and fun! Tuesday, June 24, 2014. This Beautiful Place We Call Home. I love where we live. From the redwoods to the bay to the ocean.we just have a little bit of everything. I feel so lucky to live in this beautiful place. We've gone exploring a few times during the last month and had a lot of fun exploring new places and revisiting old favorites. A couple weeks ago we took advantage of a very rare free Saturday and drove to one of our very favorite places here, Pesc...

Ritzbitz: January 2009
http://theritzbitz.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 31, 2009. Maybe pomegranate flavor has become the new rage. Maybe it's just a coincidence. But either way, I'm really enjoying the taste! Sunday, January 11, 2009. Has it really only been six days since school started? It feels more like six weeks. This is a good thing, in the sense that I now feel more or less like I'm back in the swing of things, but this is a bad thing, in the sense that it's still the second week of January, and school's not out until April. Being delivered, I was p...
