Not only do I love it, but my kids eat it right up and ask for seconds. It has elements from several recipes from all over, but the combination is our favorite! 1 pound ground beef (you could certainly use turkey here). 1 onion, chopped. 3 cans of beans, I prefer 1 each of kidney, black, and pinto. 1 can of whole kernel corn. 1 can tomato soup.

Do you ever buy something at the grocery store only to realize that none of your family will eat it? I think I realized why Corn Flakes are so cheap. so they sat in my cupboard way longer than any cold cereal should (or ever does). I reached back into my memory and thought of this super yummy treat from my youth. The recipe for this candy was in it like I remembered! 1 cup light corn syrup.

Saturday, July 18, 2015. My sweet baby girl is not much of a baby anymore! I just love her so much. Today is her birthday and we celebrated in style. This year we have done some fun family activities for the kids' birthdays and let them choose one friend to come along with us. Eliza chose to go bowling and we had a rocking good time. Bryant is very into dressing up these days, some days it makes me giggle, others it makes me cringe. Today he made me smile with his "bowling in a bowler hat" ensemble.
