The Teeth Behind the Kisses. Nothing is Sacred (2015). Derived from tales in Nordic Folklore and the. Sæd skik og brug. The Old Way), three dancers perform choreography inspired by forgotten tales of farmers, warriors, spirits and lovers. Performed in The Priory Ruins at The Holy Island, the site of the very first raids on England from the Norse Men in AD 793. Alcuin, a Northumbrian scholar in Charlemagne's court at the time, wrote:. Lindisfarne - Holy Island Harbour
Information for users of the harbour on the historic Holy Island of Lindisfarne, off the north Northumberland coast. The harbour and surrounding land are managed as a social enterprise by Holy Island of Lindisfarne Community Development Trust for the benefit of the entire island community. The inner harbour, The Ouse, has moorings for boats including visiting vessels. There is a limited amount of onshore storage space for boats. You can launch pleasure craft and canoes from the harbour.
