Enjoy fun, flexible, and affordable workouts with your friends at your house. Get a few of your friends interested in a two-month, family friendly training program. I will travel to your home once or twice a week and lead a circuit-based workout program. Enjoy working out with your friends and neighbors in the comfort of your own home. I encourage moms to bring their children and continue their mom duties as we work out. We are now offering class sessions in the Polaris and Alum Creek areas!
