Ill-health, demands from work, family crises and sometimes just the day-to-day humdrum of life’s daily routine can leave us sapped.craving for more. Many feel fenced in, as if their life is a series of involuntary movements, as if they have no control over anything. Still many others feel stuck in a twelve by twelve drab painted room. Can you shake the funk? Is it possible to take control of your life and enjoy it again? Take time for yourself.
