My Real Kid: life as a transracial adoptive mom. Formerly known as Adopting Charlie). January 10, 2017. January 10, 2017. It’s been an exciting start to 2017. Hoping for A Best
Hoping for A Best. December 31, 2016. December 31, 2016. Earlier this week a patient and I were joking about a rule she made for 2017. She proudly exclaimed, “The only rule of 2017 is that you can never speak of 2016! The year ended with the biggest heart ache that we’ve ever experienced. Hoping for a Half
Hoping for a Half. Monday, December 7, 2009. Yesterday's run was perfect - sunny, 38 degrees. I ran a new route that started at my local Y and wrapped through several surrounding subdivisions. Saw three rabbits and two dogs wearing rain boots. I finished 4.98 miles in 1:00:47, a good time for me. Only needed four walk breaks, and kept them at less than 1 and half minutes. This is the picture that made me realize I was fat. Tomorrow I'll share my weight journey with you. Have a good run,. I kept saying th...
