Plumelec hosted Stage 1 arrivee, Auray hosted Stage 2 depart. Last evening we revisited Auray in the centre ville where the depart took place.a market was in progress. Keith a steady weekend with a couple of solid runs in much improved weather except his running attire looked more like a robber. Steve 5 x 3 minute intervals on Saturday (ave 3:30/km), 15km solid today (in taper mode). ACT Masters XC Handicap saw Gabe, Mia, Helen, Roger, GT, Barb and myself run (KT and SK on duty). Keith has been walkabout for a week, doing all the usual sessions in far away places like Bathurst. Even when travelling Keith still gets the job done. It's nice to know it's still cold back home.
