Getting back to 140. I’m not very good at writing in this yet. November 12, 2011. This week i’ve been to the gym monday, wednesday, thursday, and friday. I’ve done a whole week of C25K. Monday- 1.22 miles. Wednesday- 1.53 miles. Friday- 1.59 miles. I’ve also done abs, weights, and other stuff. In OTHER news- check out the pic of my new SNEAKS! My old sneakers are so worn out so to help keep me motivated and to help my feet and legs not hurt as much, i got some new kicks. yep, green. It’s me, heather.
