Wednesday, February 4, 2009. 8220;Fran on a Ladder”. 13 rounds 10 thrusters. Speedy thrusters are not my forte. think i'm ready to start working the tan band in on pullups. I really need to see you work the myofascial release after the WODs (and even before if you are feeling tight). You're still pretty bent over in the squat and thruster, meaning your hips and hamstrings are still pretty tight. You're doing great, put some info on how the Zone is going in the posts. humble xfitter: shoulder issues update
http://humblexfitter.blogspot.com/2009/02/shoulder-issues-update.html
Friday, February 13, 2009. On my 5th day off from crossfit. shoulder/tricep tweak is not any better than it was - hurts when opening heavy doors, lifting bags, etc. different ranges of motion. doesn't hurt when stationary. going to focus on lower body stuff this weekend (run, squats) and give it until monday - that will be one week. at that point i'll get worried, methinks. http://humblexfitter.blogspot.com/2009/02/wednesday-090218.html
Wednesday, February 18, 2009. Squat Clean, 135/95lbs (75#). Ring Dips (tan band). To board the excuses train, i woke up with ye olde back injury screaming at me and found myself taking more breaks than i'd expect in this WOD. Could have been yesterday's tuck jumps. lots of time in the car last weekend. who knows. some roller and ball time helped a bit but between this and the neck spasms i'm feeling a little lame. In the good news department, shoulder is feeling fine. February 19, 2009 at 9:58 AM.
